"Wow, we received such a good service.10/10. Paul repaired my dad's scooter so fast, which was fantastic as he uses it most days and at such a good price. Can't recommend highly enough. Great skills and great service. We have told all our relatives and friends to use this company."
Michelle James, Norwich
"I used this company to solve a problem with my mum's mobility scooter. The technician, Paul, was happy to speak with me regarding my mum's issues and also to call my mum directly for further information. Paul is very customer orientated and wanted to help my mum with her problem. Paul made new controls for my mum's scooter allowing her to utilise the scooter for longer periods as having arthritis in her hands was making it difficult to operate the scooter for long periods. Paul solved this problem by talking to mum about how she would like to operate the scooter and Paul made new controls to match this. The operating method looks like it was designed as part of the scooter and you would never think it was a modification. I actually checked that Paul had charged me correctly as the bill did not seem large enough to cover the work carried out. Very professional, polite, courteous service. Highly recommend and I will be using again in the future. I cannot speak highly enough. "
Maxine R, Suffolk
"Scooter went for a full service and to have the wheels sand blasted and repsprayed. Paul collected and returned my scooter plus gave me updates as work progressed. I understand Jamie did most of the work actually on my vehicle. When it was returned I was over the moon, an absolutely tidy, clean, shiny new looking scooter stood in front of me. It was by far in better condition than when I bought it! An amazing job, am so pleased as is my little chihuahua, he has missed it as much as me! Paul was exceptionally helpful and I will be using their services again, yearly for a service at the very least. The cost was very reasonable and I can't wait to go out on it tomorrow. Thank you so much."
Robert L Martin, Watton
" I unintentionally gave "Mobility Services Direct" an horrendous Repair Problem. What I thought was a simple electrical repair. Turned out to be a catastrophic failure of the 12 volt system affecting Lights, indicators, Brake lights and Instruments.. The Repair and recovery was made much harder by The manufacturer claiming he no longer stocked the parts to repair it. Paul Fox and his staff worked tirelessly to source and obtain the necessary spares, and kept me well informed on progress throughout the process. He also advised me of possible causes for the fault, which enabled me to change the garaging conditions. I have the greatest admiration for this company which went above and beyond normal standards of service to give me back my Mobility. The final results were an outstanding quality of Repairs and exemplary service. I have no hesitation in making the Strongest Recommendation of this Company to any Mobility Scooter owner. "Absolutely Brilliant.""
June Breed, Wymondham
"5 STAR COMPANY I am a widow and recently I needed help with my mobility scooter. I did an internet search to find a reliable company. If you are in that position, search no more.....you have found it! Paul and Jamie came to my home in Wymondham. assessed the scooter which had been in a shed for a very long time. It was in a sorry state, filthy dirty, hadn't been charged in a very long time and couldn't be charged with the battery it had. They took it away to their workshop. Paul rang me a couple of times to keep me updated on what was needed and the cost. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything but the options were explained and I was left to decide what to do. When they brought the scooter back to me it looked like a brand new scooter. I can't recommend this company highly enough, they are a pleasure to do business with. I instantly knew I could trust Paul and Jamie and for a woman dealing with anything mechanical that is priceless. It really is a 5 star company."
Darren, Lowestoft
"FIRST CLASS SERVICE My elderly mother who is a wheelchair user was stranded in Lowestoft after her tyre split. After calling 6 other people who couldn't help I called Paul from Mobility Services. He couldn’t be more helpful and supplied us with a temporary wheelchair for the duration of the holiday, along with a drop off and collection service. An absolutely first class service. I can’t thank Mobility Service enough and would highly recommend."

Not knowing a local reliable service engineer we looked on your site and decided on Mobility Services, mainly because of the reviews. "EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot say enough good comments about this place. I had a lot of work done and now my scooter rides like I am on air. So much better then even when I first purchased it. I know where I am going for anything from a flat tyre to a service. The price was incredibly low considering the work that was carried out. Don`t bother looking elsewhere. You won`t get a better service anywhere"
